Introduction
The days of “Just be ourselves” are over. Today, we need to be “Our Best Self”!

Problem is that we are starting to lose our “self” when we enter the society as we start
our life game of “being an adult”. The main issue we have is that most of us are solving
our current problems with outdated techniques or we are anticipating our future with our
current competency. This is obviously disastrous for all of us.

In a nutshell: You need to be your best to be successful in the 21st century and this book
will show you how.

While visualizing yourself being your best can be energizing, empowering, encouraging
and inspiring. It may seem to be a daunting at times to some people because it is already
not easy to make ends meet for them.

You need to improve your potential by improving your KASH. The areas to take note
under these components are as follow :

Knowledge

‣ Knowledge is more important than most of us realize.


‣ We need to increase our knowledge in all areas. (The scope)
‣ You have to "update" your knowledge regularly.
‣ Read more. (A guide will be 50 books per year.)
‣ Reading helps to keep your mind nourished.

Skills

‣ Skills are basically categorized into Technical skills and Soft skills.

‣ Though technical skills are important and sometimes mandatory, the soft
skills are receiving more ands more recognition as they are required in
today's personal, social and working life

‣ Components of skills - Abilities to perform tasks at

- Faster timing
- Different standards (Higher)
- Different conditions (Indoor vs outdoor, with and without IT support etc.)

‣ Being skillful in a certain task take more effort than most of us realize. You
can only consider yourself being skillful if you can perform the task well under
different expectations (being faster and with higher standards) and
conditions.

Attitude

‣ Attitude is more important than aptitude.

‣ Attitude is intangible as such it is so invisible. (What cannot be seen is MUCH


POWERFUL than what can be seen)

‣ Attitude overrules many things including skills and knowledge. It is like your
lens. It paints the world you will see.

‣ Attitude is also a big mirror for you to see the world too. It is reflective.

‣ Have a positive attitude is like having a catalyst to your skills and knowledge.

Habits

‣ Habits have known to have a hugh impact on your performance more than you
can realize or admit.

‣ Habits can be conscious and subconscious. (Example of conscious habit is


choosing of a particular favorite colour or food. Subconscious habit is like
nail biting and a feeling of going to the toilet when one is anxious.)

‣ Habits can make or break you. Take some time to go through the habits you
have and categorize them into positive and negative ones. You can work with
someone who is close to you and is able to provide you with honest and
constructive feedback. Be committed to get rid of the bad ones and instill
those new and positive habits

Let say we have 2 persons - John and Mary with different potential and interferences.
This is what will happen :

John has a potential of 90 (Perfect score will be 100) 90


He has an interferences of 70 70
Therefore, his performance will 20

Mary has a potential of 70 (Perfect score will be 100) 70


She has an interferences of 30 30
Therefore, her performance will 40

Ultimately, Mary will perform better than John although she has lower potential. Her
lesser interferences allow her to perform better than John. In conclusion, in order for
you to perform, you should increase your potential and reduce your interferences.

The path towards personal mastery is not easy. It requires tremendous efforts,
numerous sacrifices, undaunted heart and careful planning. However, many of the
people we know have all these, but they still fall short of their goals. What is that so ?

It is because one very important ingredient is missing. This single ingredient for all
success is

“How you use your Subconscious Mind power.”

All of us use our subconscious mind. But there are different categories of users such
as:

Those who do not know subconscious mind exist.


Those who know subconscious mind exist.
Those use their subconscious mind incorrectly.
Those use their subconscious mind correctly.

Only the last category of people who use their subconscious mind effectively will
achieve their goals and being their best. It is how you use your mind, your
subconscious mind that dictates whether you emerge as winner or loser; a victor or a

Our Subconscious Mind is our most important weapon. It covers the most basic
controlling and regulating our body basic functions such as breathing, sweating and
natural responses. It also helps us in tasks that beyond our knowledge and wildest
imagination; such as reaching our dreams, be a better, stronger, and more capable
person. It seems to have a unique way to help us stay afloat and helping to getting us
out from various pressing issues. Since subconscious mind power is invisible, it is
invincible. It is omnipresent, just like force of gravity. It is with us whether you believe it
or accepting it.

In summary, the functions and capabilities of the subconscious mind are as follow:

This is the first law in Mindynamics Systems. It states that "Everything Is Possible."

This law states that all manifestations work according to a hypothesis that an ending is
possible and available. This principle lays the foundation for our Subconscious Mind to

This is the 2nd Pillar of the Mindynamics System. It states that we attract more of what
we focus on.

What you focus on, Multiplies. You get more of what you are focusing on and the most
prominent thought occupying your mind day in day out will show the fastest results.
You are practically what you think you are!

"What you sow, you shall reap" or "what you seek, you shall find." If the feeling of
health induces health, wealth induces wealth, so how would you think about your
health and happiness?

Is life good ? You get different answers from different people over a simple yet
profound question. Why is it so? It is because of the people being asked. Each of them
has different views on whether life is good or not; and everyone has their reasons to
support their view. Our answer is based on our perception, which is linked our
experience, culture, up bringing and conditioning; and what they believe to be true ,
will expand and multiply.

One of the easiest ways to make life good or at least better that what we have right
now is to focus on the good things we have in life because WHATEVER WE FOCUS ON,
MULTIPLIES.

than knowledge.”

Every creation starts from a thought. All the things we see around us started as
someone's ideas or thoughts. The buildings, the breakthrough in technologies, all the
books written and all the songs created. Everything. Besides everything starts from a
thought, every action and behavior also start from a thought.

For example, you have a thought of going for a movie; and you will start to make
arrangements such as contacting your friends, booking the tickets, informing your
mum you will not be back for diner, etc. All the actions you take start from the thought
you have - "To go for a movie."

But if you have no intention to watch movie, all the actions will not take place, and the
result is you will go back to enjoy your dinner.

See, thought initiates actions and creates results. If you have a positive thought, you
will have positive actions and yield positive results.

Creating success is like create any physical things in our surrounding. - It all starts
from a thought. But having positive thoughts is not sufficient. Random thoughts create
random actions. (Just like the example of going for a movie, it is a one time off issue,)
But if you want to achieve your goals, it takes more than just a thought. Have a million
dollars is much difficult to achieve than going for a movie. Although the principle is the
same where you have to start to think about it, it definitely takes more effort and
resources and sacrifices to achieve one million dollars than to go for a movie. (Do note
that you still need to put in effort, resources and sacrifices to go for a movie.) To
achieve your goal of having a million dollars - You need to do a lot more to achieve a
bigger goals than a smaller one; and creative visualization is what you need.

Do note that you need to take massive actions in addition of the creative visualization
you have done. For a bigger goal, you have to keep the thought with you for a period of
time and with massive actions before it can come into reality. This is the full equation
for visualization to be effective.

Using Mirror And Affirmations

We look at mirrors a few times everyday, mostly to check our grooming and such. But we
can use mirrors for much more benefits. We can use mirror to Check our facial
expression and our body posture.

Our external is the reflection of what is inside us. By looking at our appearance, we can
perform timely check on our internal feeling and energy level such as do you have a proper
posture? Do you like what you see in the mirror? Do you feel good? Are your head up and
shoulder straight or head down and your shoulder sloughed? Are you wearing a smile?
Motions create emotions. Physiology affects psychology. If our appearance is bad, it
could be your internal and/or your physiological state that is having problem. You should
like what you see in the mirror.

One of the most important usages of mirrors is to say your affirmations. Affirmation is
a declaration or suggestion that something is true or is existing. It plays an important
role in our mental health and strength; be it consciously; subconsciously and
unconsciously. Affirmations are used to discipline and control ourselves. Affirmations,
in its simplest form, are Self - suggestions. Self – suggestions are also commonly known
as Self Talk

Self affirmation is a form of self talk, which has great impact on your esteem, which will
ultimately, affects your confidence and behaviors and subsequently your results and
outcomes. Many of us have under estimated the impact of Self-Talk or self affirmations.
You do affirmations daily, and most of the times you do it unconsciously. This is the
dangerous part. You can use suggestion to control your thoughts, hence your behaviors
for better results, however, for those not aware of the subconscious mind may fall into
the trap of the negative suggestion they receive daily.

Make positive suggestions to yourselves so as to achieve the benefits as once the


suggestion is positive and accepted by your subconscious mind, it will do you good.

Self Talk can be in the form of Positive or Negative

There is always a debate on whether affirmation works. Well, from my experience,


affirmation works when it does NOT clash with our beliefs.

good habits can help us to become our best. Asking great question is one of them.

Ask yourself these questions everyday and every time you are facing an issue :

What is the best I can do? (Given my resources, competing goals, constraints and
limitations.)

Is there a better way I can do it?

How would this be achieved by an expert?

How can I enhance my enjoyment, experiences and expand my ability to excel and do
well?

Have I put in my best effort?

When you change your focus from the issue to the solution, you change your state of
mind and emotions from negative to positive. By changing of your state of mind and
emotions, you are towards the path of becoming your best.

You become better than best when you help others to be their best. This is what I am
doing right now - To make as many people as possible to be their best they can be. I
urge you to be with me as helping others to be their best is one of the best ways to
improve yourself to be your best.
