1. Fill in the values of daily calories, saturated fats and alcohol for Day 1 and Day 2. Calculate the average for each
of the columns and record. Report to use: Actual Intakes -vs- Recommended Intakes.

2. Are the two days you recorded typical for you?

Yes, the meals were eaten at regular times and selections of food I would eat normally.

3. What eating habits might have been missed in these two days?
(For example, did you skip a meal you usually eat? Or, eat more than usual? Or, maybe you didn’t have access to your
usual assortment of foods. Be specific.)

I havnt skipped any meal but I didn’t drink any alcohol which I drink often in other times.

4. Evaluate your total calories eaten for each of the days. Are the numbers you wrote down within 10% of your target
set by MyDietAnalysis? Hint: Look at the “Percent” column next to Calories. If this value is between 90% and 110%, you
were within 10% of your target.

If NO, make sure you have included all foods and beverages you consumed. Also, check to make sure your portion sizes
are correct. Calories recommended was 2,612.8 cal, and calories consumed were,2,598.

5. Calculate the average percent of saturated fat in your diet by adding the percentage for each day together and
dividing by 2. Record percentage below.

Average % Saturated Fat: 5.56% of total calorie consumption.


How does this compare to the recommended amount you should aim for in your diet?
My saturated fat consumption accounts for 61% of recommendation amount.

6. Answer one of the following scenarios below (Either A or B) below, based on what you found.

A. What change or changes could you begin to make to your food choices if you are over the recommended intake
for saturated fats category? Be specific. Example: if over on saturated fats, you might write that you will switch
from high fat to low fat dairy. Writing that you will cut out your saturated fats would not be a specific change.

B. If your intake was at or below the recommended intake for Saturated Fats, write what behaviors you think are
helping you to stay within an acceptable range for this area of concern. Be specific.
While was eating fried food I made portion of greasy food to be small, and well balanced with other
food and nutrition.
