Result: The alarm box is thus hung on the hanging plate.
4. Adjust its level to keep it horizontal to the floor.
5. Lock up the alarm box to prevent it from being taken down
from the hanging plate. Figure 38 and Figure 39 illustrate the
mounting operation。

6. According to the installation position and lead-out condition
of the alarm box, install a PVC cabling trough on a proper
position on the wall so that the power cable, network cable
and telephone line can all be put in the trough.
Note: If the other ends of the above three types of cables
are at the same position, lay the PVC cabling trough onto the
cabling ladder along the wall and then enter it into the
cabinet (for top cabling).
7. Lay the PVC cabling trough down into the floor, and then
enter it into the cabinet along the cabling trough under the
floor.
Note: If the other ends of the above three types of cables
are not at the same position, divide the three types of cables
at proper location and enclose them in turn in a narrower
PVC cabling trough, and then lay them along the cabling
racks along the wall or under the floor.
8. While routing the cables of the alarm box, keep the cable
straight and smooth and bound neatly.
9. While bending the cable tails, handle the cables gently and
bent smoothly to avoid breaking the cores in the cables.
10. Bent cable tail smoothly at the bends and must not be pulled
tight to avoid damages to the cables. After the cabling is
done, cover the PVC cabling troughs.

Hardware Installation
Check
Overview
Introduction It is essential to check and verify installation of hardware
equipment to avoid any loss, damage or improper working of the
product.
Contents This chapter includes the following topics:
Checking Miscellaneous
Following are the miscellaneous checking of ZXMBW AAA Server.
Labels are complete, correct and clear
All switches and control switches of the equipment must be

Storage
Introduction ZXMBW AAA Server stores at specified place safely to avoid any
damage and loss after it is packed.
System has not been put into use for half an year, it must be
unpacked for inspection or powered on for inspection according
to requirements.
Note: During inspection if the equipment is found damaged then
inform relative departments in time for appropriate handling and
actions.
Transportation
According to the transportation marks on the packing boxes,
handle ZXMBW AAA during its loading, transportation and
moving.
Loading When loading the equipment, make sure that the larger and
heavier boxes are under the smaller and lighter ones, and must
be balanced well and avoid inclination. Follow the stacking rules
mention on packing list of carton.
The weight of the loaded hardware equipment must be less than
the carrying truck. Load the equipment on truck that no jerks
and shock will effect the equipment.
Transporta Rainproof, dustproof, soundproof and impact-proof measures are
tion necessary in the equipment transportation. In open truck
transportation, cover the goods with tarpaulin. If the equipment
is transported by rail, enclosed train cars are required.
When transporting the equipment by road, control the vehicle
speed within 25 km/h to 45 km/h depending on the road
conditions.
The equipment must not be loaded in the same vehicle as the
inflammable, explosive and corrosive articles.
Movement Move the equipment with care and experience. Workers must be
experienced in loading and unloading the equipment from
carrying unit to ensure the safety. There are no requirements for
the leaning degree of the wooden case in move. It is preferable
to follow the labels on the packing boxes for the allowed leaning
degree of the cartons and the packing boxes of the computer
equipment.
