- Give remediation to students who failed to master the competencies in the quarter.
- Provide a number of activities (at least three per task so that learner can have enough
practice in developing the skill).
- Develop a better relationship with the students

V. Monitoring and Evaluation will be administered by the School Head - Ms. Suncherie D.
Baldosano from the start to end of the learning intervention program. The teacher’s report
on remedial instruction, learning intervention plan and MOVs will be used as tool in
assessing the success of the program.
