MOTION 1

Thank you for the time that has given to me,,my name Tari as a replay speakers for the
affirmative team.My team really agree with this motion about “This house would legalized
abortion”.

My first speaker say: The amirican Supreme Court has declared abortion to be a
"fundamental right" guaranteed by american US Constitution. Roe abortion landmark case v.
Wade, a decision on 22 January 1973 supported the right of permanent abortion in state law.
7-2 a decree stating the Constitution provides "guarantees of certain areas or privacy zones,"
and this "this privacy right ... is sufficiently broad for the scope of women's decisions whether
or not to have a flight pregnancy.",

And my second speaker say Because the mother who that carried the fetus are carried
two lives. Those are the mother’s lives and the fetus’s lives. And these lives only depend on
the mother. If the mother sick, then the fetus will get sick too. But, if the fetus die, the mother
not necessarily die. So why we have to do abortion, of course to save their live. This abortion
is provided for especially the mother has certain of health condition, an unintended pregnancy
can be devastating, if not dangerous. And even with a planned pregnancy, unexpected tragedies
can arise.My second speaker say about Access to safe abortion is a key factor in preventing
deaths and disability among women due to pregnancy-related causes. Each year, an estimated
22 million women and girls have an unsafe abortion, almost all in the developing world.

My third speaker say some facts of requirements that legalize abortion in health,there
are:

1. Pregnancy due to rape

Rape victims are women who suffer from psychic trauma after sexual violence and
physical violence.
2. Pregnancy with indication of medical emergency Pregnancy that is included in the
conditions allowed in an abortion is a pregnancy that can threaten the lives of the mother
and fetus, as well as the fetus with congenital defects and fetuses that have a severe
genetic disorder that can not be fixed so that it will make it difficult for babies to live
outside the womb.

Thank you moderator for the time that has given to me,Good afternoon Mr.Chairman
and Madam Chair,lady and gentleman,I am Tari as a Third speakers for the affirmative team.

I Will deliver my argument from treatment view.But fristly I want rebutlle for the
second speaker of negative team.

I don’t agree about your opinion because if the people have HIV/AIDS they dont tell about the
disease they can infact this other people.And if thisi continue is can make iceberg fenomena
that mean many people are infected with HIV/AIDS but only partially identified so that
treatment will experience problems and death may increase.

That’s all about my rebuttle and now I will continue about my argument

My argument from treatment view,if the people have a good treatment

since the newly diagnosed HIV / AIDS then the treatment can be given immediately.This will
encourage an increase in life expectancy of people suffering from HIV / AIDS tersebut.Namun
if HIV / AIDS patients do not want to publish the disease then they will be late to get a
subscription immediately, so the spread of HIV / AIDS will increase and ultimately will lower
life expectancy and increase mortality.
