Ok, lets introduce my self, im maruf from Ara Pratama Companies, in this morning, we will do some
discussion about the developing of Fly Over at Marketing Office Intersection. This discussion will be
devided by 2 section, section one is presentation from ours and then, discussion ad the last, choice the
models.

OK, I will present to you the plan of fly over at Marketing Office Intersection. In the report textbook,
devided by 5 section, there are introduction, general overview, Modelling Transportation, Marketing
Office Intersection’s Performance, and Alternative of Settlement.

General Overview, the study’s area is around of industry regional. There are Jababeka, Meikarta,
Deltamas, and TOD of KCIC. This one is the development of all industries area. You can see, this one is
meikarta, this one is deltamas and then the last is KCIC.

Beside the development of regional, there are many developments of infrastructure. There are Light
rapid transit, APM line, Elevated Toll , Regional’s road network, Ramp on Toll KM41 and station of KCIC.

This one is the line of APM, Elevated Toll, station of KCIC, and regional’s road network

From All of the developments, infrastructure or regional, will affect to Marketing Office Intersection.
This Intersection placed on the middle of regional, so the traffic will be heavy in this intersection.

For the detail, you can see the picture, this is and this is the intersection, there is one way to go to Delta
mas from meikarta. It will be crossing the Marketing Intresection.

And then we are going to modelling transport.

We do the modelling transport with application that named Visum, visum need attraction travel, and
ordinary destination matrix and from those data, we will know the assignment of road in the regional.
This is the zonation of region in 2018. In 2018, there are 7 zones. In 2019, the development of
infrastructure is not make the zone increase but only decrease the traffic volumes. In 2020, meikarta by
design will be finish, and make the zone will be increase to be 8 zones. In 2021, TOD of KCIC will finish
and make the zone will be increase to be 9 zones And then from visum, you can see on the screen, that
there are volumes of traffic In some road that affected by the development of infrastructure and
regions. In the 2020, there are 2 road that have level of service below standart.

So that form that analysis, we can get this one. The attraction trip from meikarta is, blablabla

For more details, you can see the picture, this is the flow diagram of MO intersection in 2018. This flow
diagram show you how vehicle move from ordinary to destination.

And then from that performance, we know that the developing of regions will affect to Marketing Office
intersection. And more details form the analysis, we can know so that if the intersection still in using
traffic light, it will make congestion in the intersection in the 2020. So we must build or develop the
intersection in 2019 to keep the traffic not in congestion condition.
