Terms and Conditions:
 The above rates are NET, inclusive of 21% Government tax and service charge
 The above rates are inclusive of breakfast in our restaurant for 2 (two) persons per room,
additional person will be charged at IDR 95.000 net per person
 The above mentioned rate valid only on period 17-18 August 2018

DATE OF AVAILIBILITY AND CONFIRMATION


We will require a signed copy of this agreement by Monday/13 August 2018, at the latest
signed confirmation has not been received by this date, Golden Tulip Essential Belitung shall reserve
the right to release these rooms and meeting space for resale.

In the event that there is another party requesting rooms at the same period with your event, we
will give you first right to refusal of the space by confirming your event with us within 48 (forty-
eight) hours from our notification. After this period, Golden Tulip Essential Belitung shall reserve the
right to release these rooms for resale.

Reservation Cut Off Date


Upon receipt of a signed copy of this agreement, Golden Tulip Essential Belitung shall hold the
blockage of guest rooms noted above until Monday/13 August 2018, at the latest. At that time,
rooms not covered by the rooming list or individual reservation will be release by general sale. We
will continue to accept reservation from your attendees after this date based upon room and rate
availability.

Final Review and Full rooming list Required
A Final rooming list and full prepayment of all accommodation is required. All remaining rooms will
be released at this time.

CANCELATION AND NO SHOW ROOMS


 Cancellation notification should be receive by the hotel 3 (three) days prior to guest’s arrival.
 Any cancelation received on the day of arrival or no show will be charge a full stay
cancelation/no show fee unless the hotel is able to resale these canceled rooms.
 During high season/ Peak Season notification should be receive by hotel at least 30 days, the
cancellation and no show penalty will be charge for full length of stay

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY
The booker will be responsible for making the total payment of the accommodation and event, with
the following details:

 A non-refundable deposit payment for 50% (fifty percent) from the total expenses must be
received by the hotel at least one (1) day prior to the group approval on 18 August 2018
 A Final payment from the total expenses must be received by the hotel at latest before
check in.
 All outstanding amounts incurred during the event for unforeseen incidentals must be
settled upon the Group departure.
All service detailed above are subject to cancelations if deposit payment is not received by the hotel
at latest 3 (three) days prior to the group arrival.

Payment can be made by cash or wire transfer. If payment is made via company bank transfer,
please make it payable to:

If the above deposit/payment policy is not strictly adhered to, Golden Tulip Essential Belitung
reserves the right to release all rooms and space reserved.

DEFAULT
If the group fails to pay any money due under this agreement of otherwise does not comply with its
terms, the hotel may terminate this agreement and the organization forfeit’s any advance deposit
payments.
