3.2 Working principie introduction

This machine is as per upper blade rest movement, guillotine structure, upper blade res!

supported by severa! wheels, make straight line movement driven by oil cylinder, then driven by

return cylinder and lift upper blade rest, finish shearing work; turn upper support eccentric shaft,

upper blade rest compress middle support spring, then can adjust blade gap, by changing the

relative position oftwo cylinder piston, to achieve shear angle adjuslment.

(1) Compress platc: first foot switch give off tcleconununication signa! to electrical system,

control action of hydraulic valve, hydraulic oíl come into hold-down cylinder under control

of hydraulic val ve, first drive hold-down cylinder compressing sheet metal.

(2) Shear: hydraulic oíl pressurc in system rises to a certain value, Oíl cylinder drive upper

blade res! downward and make shearing.

(3) Return trip: Electrical system control hydraulic valve, unloading loop of hydraulic systcm

open ancl unload, hold down cylinder return under pull of spring, mcanwhilc high-prcssurc

nitrogcn in nitrogen accumulator comprcss hydraulic oil (stored in accumulator) to return

cylindcr, return cylinder piston immccliately lift upper blade rest until top dead center,

machine back to thc state before shcar.

(4) Shear angle acljustment: hydraulic cavity of two shearing cylinders connected by thread,

controlled by eleclrical system, discharge or filled hydraulic oíl to conncctcd pipeline, can

achicvc adjustmcnt of shear angle increase and decrease. Reduce shear angle can shorten

shear stroke when cut thin plate, thereby increasc productivity and reduce defonnation of

cutting thin plate; increase shear angle can cut thick material.

7.4 Hydraulic oil

In hydraulic system, hydraulic oil is working media that pass power and movement. Reliable

and effectivc work of hydraulic system, largely depends on the quality of hydraulic oil that used

in the system.

7.4.1 Selection of hydraulic oil

The brand value of hyclraulic oil is egua! the average value of kinematic viscosity when the

temperature is 40 ºC .The higher the environment temperaturc, the higher hydraulic system

temperature, the more slow of work speed, then the higher of selected hydraulic oil

(ISO VG32-20 #).

We advise don't use machine at low temperature (-5 ºC ). If use under-S ºC, should make

machine run for some time under cmpty load, if necessary, install hydraulic oil heater on loop.

Under normal working condition, oil temperature should not exceed 70 ºC . In sp ecia l

circumstances, can install hydraulic oi l coo cr according to actual needs on

9.2.1 Inspcction and adjustmcnt mcthod of back gaugc prccision:

1. If discover the distance from two ends of back gaugc apron to lower blade is not the

same when use, have affcctcd platc shearing size precision, can be adjusted by the

following methods

1) When back gauge plate 2 has slight bending, can adjust rear corresponding regulating

nut 3 to corree!, when bending is big, it needs to take down back gauge plate, corree! on

correction device.

2) Straightness of back gauge plate is good, but not parallcl with lower blade edge, error is

bigger than l mm, can disconnect link of synchronous mechanism, rotate a screw rod

alone, make the distance is same which from back gauge plate two ends to lower blade,

then restore link of synchronous mechanism, when error rangc less than lmm, can

adjust back gauge plate tuning screws 6 and 7 for precise adjustment.

2. Back gauge plate must keep a certain obligue angle with upper knife rest trajectory, That

upper knife rest make downward movement, the distancc from back gauge platc to lower

blade should increase gradually, this can ensure no collision of back gauge platc and

plate whcn shearing. Detection method is: use Block Dial Indicator with magnct

adsorbed structure inside, gauge ncedle point block surfacc of back gauge platc vertically,

when knife rest move downward, view dial indicator reading, and its value can only

increase 0.3-0.Smm . If the reading not changc or dccrease gradually, can adjust obligue

angle of back gauge plate 2 by rcgulating adjust screw 5 between back gauge plate and

slide sea!.

3. If discover the valuc that back gaugc location display device displayed is not same with

current back gauge value, when using. lt can be adjustcd by the following mcthods

1) First let block plate move to a location with the dircction of reducing back gauge

size(forward) (one-way positioning to eliminate gap), then measure curren! back

gauge value of block plate.

2) Reset curren! back gauge value refer to control system introduction.

Filter of oil fil ter need pcriodic cleaning, if damagc that need replace, so as not to affect the

cleanliness of hydraulic system and causing oil pump poor oil-absorbing, blockagc, damage

hydraulic components, make hydraulic system has malfunction.

10.2.3 Air filtcr (air ñ l t e r cleaner)

Air Filters installcd in the cover of fue! tank.

The first clcaning after two month of machine testing, wash-down in flux. Every four month

clean one time hereafter.

10.2.4 Connection of hydraulic components.

If there be oil lcak that can takc the following measurcs.

tighten pipcjoint (Ifhydraulic valve that tighten bolt)

Rcplace sea Is, and sometimes require replace corresponding joint

10.2.5 Hydraulíc components

Relief valve: the normal regulated value is equal to maxunum allowed pressurc, have

adjusted well before leave factory, and undcr normal circumstances users don'! nced adjustmcnt.

10.3 Nitrogen return system maintenance (Check pressure, release nitrogen, crush

in nitrogen)

Every two months ,customer should check nitrogen pressure one time (open oil release valve,

release ali thc accumulator hydraulic oil, connect gas pressure monitor gauge to the accumulator

inflection valve), if found return speed of upper blade res! bccome slowly in process of machine

use, please check nitro gen pressure .if the pressure value is lower than its normal value, please

charge into the purity of 99 percent pure nitrogen according to the upper blade res! return

speed(normally is 7 - 8 Map), it is forbidden to exceed 9Mpa, because it is dangerous.

l 0.3. l Operation mcthods of nitrogen accumulator infla te, dcflatc, monitoring of nitrogcn

pressure:

(1) Take a bottom Nitrogen with enough pressure ( 8 - l OM) (It can be bought in gas stores);

(2) release hydraulic oil in nitrogen accumulator, make upper blade res! fall to lower dead

center(this step must be finished, or can not charge nitrogen into nitrogen accurnulator)

(3) Connect thc accumulator inflation entrance and nitrogen bottle interface with tool equipped

with machine.

(4) Clockwise turn inflection tool hand wheel slowly, the pressure gauge will display curren!

nitrogen pressure of accumulator. (monitor the gas pressure of accumulator.)

(5) Turn on valve switch on nitrogen cylinder slowly, then can crush in nitrogcn to accumulator,

immediately shut valve to stop charging after achieving the required pressure. And then

check the value displayed on pressure gauge .if the pressure is more then 7-8Mpa, please

loosen the deflection plug to release sorne pressure to decrease accumulator gas pressure.

When reach to the standard pressure valuc , please anticlockwise turn the inflation tool hand

wheel .(shut the accumulator inflation valve ) .at this time ,the pressure gauge value will be

return to zero.

(6) Please make sure that the nitrogcn bottom and inflation tool valves are shut , also the

pressure gauge display value is zero , dismount the inflation tool , the accumulator inflation

process is finished.

10.4 Machine parts maintenance

Check all the parts of machine regularly, such as: chain, gear transmission device, etc.

please changc the brokcn parts inunediately. Otherwise it will increase the extent of damage and

affect the accuracy of machine too Is and normal work, also can shorten the lifc of the machi ne,

even there is likely to endanger the lives ofthe operator!
