and their components. Since the establishment in 2003 in South Korea,
SAMJIN has been progressively growing and expanding product lines to

Hand Removable Anchor (SAMJ-R3)
SAMJ-R3 is a removable temporary anchor used to stabilize earth-retaining structures for basement construction.
SAMJ-R3 has the entire PC strand covered with HDPE coating so that the PC strand can be removed afterward,
leaving no obstructions in the ground that will conflict with nearby underground developments in the future. With
SAMJ-R3, the PC strand of installed anchors can be removed simply by rotating the PC strand without using
equipment.

U-Turn Removable Anchor (SAMJ-U-Turn)
SAMJ-U-Turn is a removable temporary anchor used to support earth-retaining walls for basement construction.
The PC strand of installed anchors can be removed by pulling one end of each pair of strand with equipment. Then
the strand will pass around the U-shaped body and come out. SAMJ-U-Turn has high removal rate of the PC strand
regardless of unforeseen soil movement such as ground displacement and subsidence.

Perfect Anchor (SAMJ-PF)

SAMJ-PF is a semi-removable temporary anchor designed to apply ground anchors to relatively soft ground. SAMJ-PF
focuses on improving load distribution by utilizing more anchor bodies to transfer the load uniformly to the grout body
throughout the entire bond length. The PC strand of SAMJ-PF can also be removed simply by rotating the PC strand
without using equipment.

Pack Anchor ( SAMJ-R3 PACK, SAMJ-U-TURN PACK, SAMJ-PF PACK)
Pack Anchor overcomes the limitation of ordinary ground anchors and provides a way to make ground anchors
work successfully even in soft ground, fill deposit, gravel layer or a ground layer where groundwater exists. Pack
Anchor works by creating a large anchorage bulb in the bond length with a compressive pack expanded through
pressurized grouting in order to increase skin friction resistance and to create bearing stress on the soil around the
anchorage bulb.

Frictional Permanent Anchor (SAMJ-LTF)
SAMJ LTF is a permanent anchor used to stabilize a slope or to prevent an underground structure from shifting
upward due to buoyancy. SAMJ LTF provides complete corrosion protection to the tendon by having the entire
anchor encased in the corrugated duct and using unbonded PC strand.

SAMJ-LCD is a permanent anchor that has multiple anchor bodies to distribute the load to various parts of the
anchor. The multiple anchor body system prevents progressive debonding between the tendon and the grout caused
by load concentration on a particular part in the bond length.

Non-removable Anchor
Non-removable Anchor is a conventional temporary anchor used to stabilize underground earth-retaining structures

PEA Anchor (SAMJ-PEA)
SAMJ-PEA is a permanent anchor with an anchor body that has spreading cast-iron wings. The cast-iron wings
spreaded by an expandable pack installed at the end of the anchor creates bearing stress on the soil and increases
pullout resistance. The wings are spreaded while grouting to prevent damaging the grout body.

rockfall, rockslide and slope failure using rock bolts, wire rope

MT Jack provides a convenient way to stress a load distributive type
anchor that has different lengths of PC strands attached to each anchor
body. MT Jack can apply the same amount of load to PC strands even
with different lengths simultaneously so that there is no load imbalance
between the PC strands of an installed anchor.
