On solving 4 fixing bolts the complete unit from the

interlinking block can be lifted.

9 Constructive structure of the pneumatics part of the valve terminal

9.1 Part 1

The connection blocks are connected by 3 screws with each other.

Every connecting plate has 2 valve positions.

The valves are fixed with 2 screws on the metallic connecting plates.

The compressed air supply and exhaust take place at the pneumatics interface and the supply plate before the right end
plate. With big air pressure need other supply plates can be arranged between the cover plates.

9.2 Part 2 - Note for creation of pressure zones

The compressed air supply (1) subserves at the pneumatics-interface the valves 0 to 3. At the same time the pilot valves
are also supplied inside with pilot air. The working pressure must amount 3 to 8 bar.

On the left before the supply plate is inserting a separating seal (T). This separating seal separates only the channel 1 of
the pressure zone 1. The compressed air supply (2) in the supply plate provides the valves 4 and 5 with air pressure.
Operating pressure to 8 bar.

The separator plate (T) after connecting plate 3 separates the channel 1 of the pressure zone 2. The valve positions 6 to
9 will provided above the supply plate before the end plate "on the right" with air pressure (3). Operating pressure to 8
bar.

The separating seals are marked to the simple differentiation as follows:

This marking of the separating seals is visible with mounted connecting plates.
