Students Performance Objectives (SPO): At the completion of the lesson, students should
be able to:
Recognize and use vocabulary related to society and social problems by
engaging in discussion and participating during the class period.
Read the text and understand it and develop reading skills such as previewing,
skimming, scanning and word reference.
Discuss issues related to social problems in Morocco.
Write about a social problem (homeless children).
