Overview 
Y- Generation ltd. is a leading lead generation contact center in Israel. The following results were 
collected during the six-month pilot conducted in 2017. We compared the results of a team of agents 
using Enerjoy platform with an equivalent team that was not using Enerjoy’s platform. 

 
The Pilot KPI’s were set in relation to the organization’s need- 

1. Increase in sales performance (generating new leads) 


2. Improving agent’s satisfaction (comparing survey results) 
3. Saving managerial time (planning, generating, monitoring activities, feedback and 
4. recognition of employees and rewarding employees)  
 

Pilot participants

● Team B ​22​ agents – without Enerjoy 

Pilot duration 
6 ​months (Including two months in which the system was deactivated to examine the effect
