GOAL
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Approve Requisition

Quick step guide to display suggested supplier on requisition approval notification email

SOLUTION
1. Click on bell Icon --> go to More details --> Procurement --> Administrative task --> click on requisition awaiting to approve

2. Click on edit hyperlink given in the left hand upper corner

3. Now click on Structure (This will open a code editor panel on right hand side)

a. Press CTRL+F and search for “Iterator” in page then go to 2nd Iterator section
b. For suggested supplier look for “PanelGroupLayout: horizontal” which is located at 6th place from the last “PanelGroupLayout: horizontal” tag

c. If tag not already expanded and having small cross then follow below steps

i. Right click on “PanelGroupLayout: horizontal” and click on show component

ii. In case show component is not visible then click on edit this will open a new edit window

iii. We need to make sure that visible and show Component both are checked
iv. Sometimes Visible option is non editable, in this case click on the down arrow (right hand side) and select expression builder and type “true” in expression area

v. Test the new value and click on okay

vi. Save the changes

4. Once all changes are saved (save button on upper right corner) re test the notification with a fresh transaction
5. Similarly you can add more fields to the e-mail notification as given below

1 - Item
2 - Category
3 - Requester
4 - Project
5 - Task
6 - Cost Center
7 - Charge Account
8 - Charge Account Segment Description
9 - Suggested Supplier
10 - Replaced Line
11 - Split from Line
12 - Currency
13 - Functional Amount
14 - Transaction Amount
