COOKING ACTIVITY 2.1 RECIPES: ​Sandwich and Salad Dishes 


 
SANDWICH DISH: ​Homemade Subway Sandwich SALAD DISH: ​Honey-Lime Chicken and Avocado Salad
 
INGREDIENTS:   INGREDIENTS:  
● Bread (ciabatta / honey oats / baguette / flatbread) ● 4 Boneless Chicken Thighs
● 1 Head romaine Lettuce, Chopped
● 4 slices of cheese - halved (mozzarella / cheddar /
● ½ cherry / grape tomatoes, halved

● 6 slices of meat (turkey / roast beef / tuna / bacon) ● 2 Avocados, chopped

● 6 slices of cucumber ○ 1 tbsp. salt
● 1 small green bell pepper - sliced ○ 2 cloves minced garlic
● Jalapeños / pickles / olives (​optional​) ○ 1 mincedjalapeño pepper
○ [optional] ½ tsp. chili powder
● 2 tbsp. of sauce (mayonnaise / honey mustard /
