Course (Lecture) and Conference.
¾ Delegates with full attendance will receive refund after the Portmann Course and Conference.
¾ Should the programme scheduled have to be cancelled due to the Black Rainstorm Warning, the
hoisting of typhoon signal No. 8 or above or other unforeseeable circumstances, the organizer shall
try to re-schedule the programme whenever possible.
