 SOFTWARE FOR EDUCATIONAL CONTROL SCHOOL CONTROL SYSTEM
Design and implementation of a tool of educational control that allows educational
institutions to register in real time Student's notes, registry academic, record of
teachers, parents, etc.

PROJECT JUSTIFICATION
This training plan is very important for the proper functioning of School control
System since administrators and users of an Educational Institution of the system
must have full knowledge of what is the purpose of each module of the information
system and how to enter data in them. in addition to the minimum software and
hardware requirements required for the application to function properly.
The same way is the integration in real time of all the members that are part of an
educational institution, because nowadays the world has less time to dedicate it to
their children, or to an educational institution leaving aside the importance of basic
education, and initial is the fundamental for the future of young people, with this
software it is intended to mitigate stress, lack of time, and so many difficulties that
can be presented to a parent or guardian for the care, advancement and formation
of a student, integrating the part of teaching, and all the human part of an educational
institution.
With this, achieving students trained for tomorrow, parents more integrated in the
education of their son, educational institutions more organized, efficient not only with
a face-to-face but integrating the virtual part of teachers, directives and secretary to
have easier access to the development of all the academic activities of an
educational establishment.

OBJECTIVES

OVERALL OBJECTIVE:
Provide training on what the School control System is, the instructions for setting up
and commissioning the School control System information system.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
Systematize the necessary information for the proper functioning of School
control System.
Instruct the administrator of the information system about the creation or removal
of a user of School control System.
Make the system administrator and users know what is it? And what is the School
Control System information system for?
 Train the user in such a way that with his acquired knowledge it is very easy to
access the application and services of School control System
Make the required improvements when required.
Provide training of updates to all users of School control System
Perform the delivery of manuals both administrator and user types, either
downloadable, or physical.
Provide enough and necessary protection for the data that is handled in the
database in School control System.

PROJECT SCOPE

The Proposal solution is a web application for School administration which has six
modules which are Home, which shows us the graphic interface of the application,
with which it allows to take the basic data of all Registered Users in an Educational
Institution. , the News module that will allow to see a brief news or information that
is created this is the most important of the moment, it will have a writing limit, a link
can be placed to address another site, Teachers which has two purposes that is the
to release students' notes or to schedule virtual meetings, Students which will allow
us to enter all the students who are enrolled in an Institution, additionally we will
find two modules as a record of the Parents of the Family which is very important
since it has the characteristic of follow step by step the students in how their
academic study goes, and the other one is the one of model or security which is
very important since it has the feature of creating users in the system and allowing
the system administrator to generate permissions on the application, this module
has a unique username and password.

Our web application is characterized by having a nice graphical interface in view of

all Users of any Educational Institution and easy installation, since its database is
made in MySQL (phpMyAdmin is a tool written in PHP that allows the administration
of a MySQL database through web pages, either locally or remotely via the Internet,
is an open source development and is available under the GPL license); which is
easy to install and allows storage of thousands of data.
 COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT
Please read this License Agreement carefully before using this program. The
acceptance of the same attributes the condition of licensee and expresses the full
and unreserved acceptance by him of each and every one of the terms of this
License Agreement. If you are not satisfied with these terms, do not install the
program. Likewise, the use of the program by the licensee implies acceptance of the
terms of this Agreement.
This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the licensee and
Academic Control Software (hereinafter School Control System), and, supersedes
any previous License Agreement between School Control System and the licensee
with respect to this product or other product at to replace Likewise, and to the extent
that the applicable laws do not prohibit it, the provisions of this License Agreement
supersede any communication or publicity about the program or documentation to
the extent that the latter object to any of the terms of this Agreement. of License or

1.- GRANT OF LICENSE. - SCHOOL CONTROL SYSTEM grants the licensee the

In the event of default in the payment of monthly or periodic fees corresponding to
the subscription products, or in case of termination of the contracted subscription
period, the licensee will lose the rights granted under this License Agreement, as
well as the right to access the services associated with the program.
In the case that it is an evaluation version, the licensee may only use it during the
period of time indicated by the School Control System. To extend the period of time,
the licensee must previously have the written authorization of School Control
System. With respect to the evaluation version, the sixth point of this License
Agreement will not apply.
This license gives the licensee the right to use the program on as many computers
and / or servers as licenses would have acquired.
In network environments, a license must be purchased for each server to be
protected by the product; and in addition, the number of licenses that make the
greater number of the following quantities must be acquired: maximum number of
computers connected to the server (including laptops and other PCs that connect
sporadically to the network), or maximum number of users to which the servers
protected give service. Likewise, a license must be acquired for each virtual machine
in which the product is installed. You cannot exceed this number, to the number of
the license units specified in the License Certificate of this product, if applicable.
In cases of PCs not connected to the network, as many licenses as numbers of PCs
in which the licensee will install the program must be acquired. You may not exceed
this number to that of the license units specified in the License Certificate of this
product. Both in network environments and in cases of non-networked PCs, you are
only authorized to use the program specified in the License Certificate (in case the
purchased product includes said Certificate.
2.- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. - This program, as well as all its documentation

or, where appropriate, its Software Providers. The School Control System or its
Software Providers are responsible for all intellectual property and copyright rights
over the programs, documentation, as well as any other work, program and / or
product that will be assigned by the School Control System to the user in compliance.

4.- MODIFICATIONS IN PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. - The licensee knows and

System products can adapt to the technical evolution and improve accordingly,
School Control System may stop developing the product contracted by the licensee
and develop other different. The licensee may opt for a different product according
to the migration policy that School Control System establishes and undertakes to
accept it in any case, adapting its equipment to the new product if necessary. The
migration to the new product may or may not be free depending on the resources
that School Control System has allocated to the research and development of the
new products, as well as depending on the degree of difference in the quality of said
products with respect to those substituted.
Likewise, the licensee also accepts that during the contracted period School Control
System could vary the services contracted for the reason of the technological
evolution indicated above.
The licensee accepts all these changes without requiring any compensation. School
Control System will notify the licensee of any of these changes. In case of renewal,
the licensee must consider that the services and / or characteristics of the program
have been modified to adapt to the technological evolution, so it must change to a
new version or a new product as established by the School Control System.
If the licensee changes to a new version or a new School Control System product,
to update an earlier version or product of School Control System, the updated
version or product will be the only one that the licensee will have the right to use,
accepting the terms and conditions of the documentation, material and specifications
that accompany the new version or product of School Control System. The licensee
will also be obliged to eliminate any material corresponding to the previous version
or product.
By accepting this License Agreement, the licensee accepts any changes in the

 PROJECT SUMMARY
Our project is a software focused on the educational or school part developed to
integrate the documents generated in a school year with the virtual one, since
nowadays there is less time to attend, and be well aware of the academic training of
a student , either for work, study, or disability, since with the advancement of
technologies, TIC, and the different working hours, the unconsciousness of
governments for time to families, for a better education of the future of children, since
they will be the adults of tomorrow.
This software will allow the integration in real time of the events of a student taking
a certain grade. This with the aim of having parents or guardians, teachers, students
and directors with different flexible hours and through an access to the Internet
through a password.
Explanation: the user enters through a link authorizing a password previously sent
to his personal email, thus giving the user authorization according to his example
condition: teacher, secretary, parent or guardian etc., the user validates his profile,
this You can verify all the information of the student or you can request data from it
or enter data from it, such as notes, newsletters, certifications, you can verify
citations, you can make web conferences, this with the benefit of new TIC
technologies.
Also handle information with privacy, avoiding losses of this and intruders.

INSTALLATION OF EDUCATIONAL SOFTWARE
This is a brief description of the installation of the educational software, the images
can change according to the updates of the code, software, and different
modifications and advances that are made to the educational software.
INSTALLER SCS
As you first download the compressed folder that was sent to you, then to have better
access, send it to the document and open a new folder with the name of educational
software, open the folder and attach the RAR folder after attaching the RAR folder
and unpack it. start the installation; as the image shows.
After it is unzipped, and the Educational Software installer folder is opened as
shown in the image.

The installer runs (Execute)

Then the following steps will be followed according to the following images. With the
difference of changing the name and company.
 NOTE
As it has already been explained in previous documents as in the user's manual,
the XAMPP server must be installed (if you do not know how to install it, see the
user's manual of the educational software.)
Opening the XAMPP server, and turning it on, clicking on the Start, Apache and
MySQL buttons, as already shown, click on the button, the following screen will
appear where the Educational Software application is located, in the preferences
browser.

By clicking on the educational software you will see the database and the web
page. The user can access the Educational Software with the authorized
password, which is sent through the personal email of the same.
These would be one of the user's visualization screens of educational software.

CONCLUSIONS
In our particular case, the School control System software is a software that works
with a database in MySQL and using the Xampp software as a server; but
nevertheless being a solution to the average of the clients this can suggest the use
of other managers of databases and / or servers; In no case will the user of the
software be authorized to modify the installation of the system without prior
authorization of the manufacturer, in order to do so, the client will lose all guarantees
regarding the proper functioning of the School Control System information system.
