Fixit Pidiproof LW+ work procedure

Area of Application: All construction activities - for use in concrete, plasters etc.
Pre application checklist:

 Select all appropriate ingrediants e.g. cement, sand, aggregates of correct sizes and mix
 Clean the concrete mixer with water and then charge cement, sand & aggregates as per
the mix design, mix in dry state for 1-2 minutes
 Start addition of about 75-80% of mixing water and mix for 2 to 3 minutes
 Add Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW+ 200 ml in the remaining water, per every 50 kg bag of
cement in the desired mix design used and mix well
 Add this water with LW+ to the concrte mix in mixer and run for another 2 to 3 minutes
 Discharge the mix for application
 Cure the concrete or plaster as normal

Precautions & Limitations

 Do not add Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW+ directly to dry cement & aggregate mix
 Always maintain water-cement ratio as low as possible.
 Do not increase the doasage of Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW+ than the recommendation
Post application checklist:
 Wash all application tools and hands etc., immediately with water after use.
 Ensure proper cleaning of area
 The waste material has not been thrown down the drain but disposed off properly.
Precautions :
 Do not add directly to the concrete or plaster mix
 Note all details (B.No. / date etc.) of the material received for further references.

All the above mentioned parameters are checked and verified for the pre- application,
during application and post application work carried for the project.
Also followed and adhered to are the precautions mentioned in the list as mentioned by
the manufacturer.
