CLIENT GUIDELINES

* PLUS 10% Equipment Usage FEE + 12% VAT


* PLUS Travel / Delivery charge depending on location.
* PLUS P 5,000.00 additional charge if guest less than 150 persons as payment for wedding amenities and 10,000.00 if below 100 pax
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* FULLPAYMENT required one (1) week before the event.
* Service of waiters (including all equipment) up to four (4) hrs only, in excess, overtime fee of P75/hr. per waiter.
* Additional P50.00/floor to each waiter if the party is held in a building w/o service elevator.
* Additional P 150.00 per waiter as hauling fee for building / towers or venue’s basement vertical clearance less than 3.5 meters and 6
meters away from the venue
* Ribbon motif subject to availability of color first come first served.
* Queensland Catering will be advised of any changes and full payment a week before the actual services.
* Any entrance fees for villages & subdivisions will be added to your account 3 ENTRY.
*Venue miscellaneous paper works such as getting of permits and the like are not part of the catering contract. Possible miscellaneous
charges such as venue percentages, guarantee bonds and other unforeseen extra charges such as venue overtime are chargeable to the
client, who rented the venue.
