 Managed and performed as lead writer on a project to compose over 30 new SOP documents.
 Created the Eligibility Guidelines; an 81 page process manual that provided detailed steps and
information for every job function in the department.
 Standardized and maintained a spreadsheet containing contact information for over 4500 clients.
 Designed several interactive job aids to help communicate new process changes.
 Assisted in training required to help transition employees after the 2012 merger between Medco
and ESI.
 Hosted daily conference calls with newly trained reps to answer questions and walk through
problem orders using Connect software.
 Organized a spreadsheet through SharePoint with over 2000 urgent problem invoices, and
managed the work progress between five different Express Scripts sites across the country.
