Dean Largo:

I am Ma. Lourdes Angela I. Mobo, a second year LLB student from EH 409. I am writing
to formally report about the incident that transpired on the evening of August 31, 2018, during
the school’s Acquaintance Party, and lodge my complaint.

One of the students of this school, my classmate, Ken Christian Cavada, approached
me and started talking to me. As a classmate, I engaged in the conversation, but I noticed that
he was under the influence of alcohol. We were talking when suddenly, he maliciously inserted
his hand in my dress, grabbing my breast. He did this act without provocation or incitement on
my part.

This incident is causing severe emotional distress on my part. As woman, as a law

student and as a person, this is a reprehensible act that does not belong in any institution that
prides itself in training academically excellent, morally upright and responsible future lawyers.

I am appealing to your office to investigate this incident and initiate the proper
disciplinary proceedings against the student involved, in the interest of justice, the welfare of
your students and the reputation of the institution that we are all part of.

I am earnestly hoping for your decisive action on this complaint. Rest assured that I will
cooperate fully until the resolution of this issue.
