Check auto start up

start --> msconfig -->ok


tab startup

c:\Users\”computer name”\AppData\Local

Clean Boot
msconfig
general tab --> selective start-up --> uncheck start-up items
services tab --> select hide all microsoft services --> disable all --> ok --> restart
after troublshouting, --> start --> msconfig --> general tab --> start windows normal -
-> ok --> restart windows

Sounds weird, uninstalling should have taken care of that.


Anyway, you can remove its files.
Assuming you are on Windows -
- Press the Windows key in your keyboard and R (or Start menu>Run...).
- Enter "%localappdata%" and click on OK.
- Delete the Chromium folder.
