Description of the learner: Into the ER, A 55 year old male who’s experiencing blurry of vision, neck pain and with an elevated blood pressure
Learning Need: To provide sufficient information on hypertension specifically on prevention and treatment.
Learning Style: One on One teaching technique would be utilized with the use of a visual aids such as a brochure.
Learning Diagnosis: Knowledge deficit related to lack of exposure to hypertension
Goal: The client will be verbalize understanding on how to prevent elevation pf blood pressure and its treatment.
