● Answered, screened and forwarded multiple calls daily to appropriate
department staff within the University.
● Reconcile accounts each month and provide the appropriate backup to
support the expenses that were made by making copies of previous
purchases.
● Created vouchers on Peoplesoft software as well as mail the checks to
appropriate address at least twice a day.
● Made receipts for incoming checks and expense forms for department staff
on a daily basis.
