Forex World Cup 2018

Contest Rules

Exness Limited, registered in the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (also referred to as
“Exness”) is organizing the “Forex World Cup 2018” Contest (also referred to as the “Contest”)
and invites everyone over the age of 18 to open a demo account with Exness (also referred to
as the “Demo Account”) and register to participate in the Contest. By registering to participate in
the Contest and becoming a participant (hereinafter “Participant or Participants or You”) in the
Contest, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions as well as the Client
Agreement and General Business Terms available at
https://www.exness.com/legal_documents/​.

1. The Contest Period shall be in 12 rounds, and a Grand Finale Round:

● Round 1​: April 2 , 2018 08:00 GMT to April 6, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 2: April 23 , 2018 08:00 GMT to April 27, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 3: May 14 , 2018 08:00 GMT to May 18, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 4: June 4 , 2018 08:00 GMT to June 8, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 5: June 25 , 2018 08:00 GMT to June 29, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 6: July 16 , 2018 08:00 GMT to July 20, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 7: August 6 , 2018 08:00 GMT to August 10, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 8: August 27 , 2018 08:00 GMT to August 31, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 9: September 17 , 2018 08:00 GMT to September 21, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 10: October 8 , 2018 08:00 GMT to October 12, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 11: October 29 , 2018 08:00 GMT to November 2, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 12: November 12 , 2018 08:00 GMT to November 16, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Grand Finale: December 10 , 2018 08:00 GMT to December 21, 2018, 22:00 GMT

2. The Registration Period for opening the Demo Account and registering to participate in the
Contest shall be:

● Round 1 to 3​: March 12, 2018, 08:00 GMT to May 18, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 4 to 6​: May 14, 2018, 08:00 GMT to July 20, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 7 to 9​: July 16, 2018, 08:00 GMT to September 21, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Round 10 to 12​: September 17, 2018, 08:00 GMT to November 16, 2018, 22:00 GMT
● Grand Finale: November 19, 2018, 08:00 GMT to December 21, 2018, 22:00 GMT

3. The contest period and registration period are subject to change without prior notice.
4. To become a Participant in the Contest the following requirements must be met:
● You open a Demo Account with Exness within the Registration Period and before the
specific Round of the Contest begins.
● You register to participate in the Contest and agree to the present Terms and Conditions
during the Registration Period.

5. Each Participant is allowed to participate in the Contest with only one Demo Account and
there is a ​maximum of 1 prize for each Winner​, with the exception of Grand Finale which all
winners will be eligible to participate and win in.
6. The Top 5 performers of each round of the Contest (also referred to as the “Champions”) will
be chosen amongst the Participants whose Contest Demo Account will have the biggest
profitability at end of the Contest period. For each Contest Demo Account a virtual amount of
1,000USD will be deposited by Exness.
There will be 5 Champions in each round, and ​their ​Priz​e will be allocated according to the
following procedure:
● The Champion with the biggest profitability will get the Prize of USD 3,000
● The Second Champion will get the Prize of USD 2,000
● The Third Champion will get the Prize of USD 1,000
● The Fourth and Fifth Champions will get the Prize of USD 500 each

The Prize will consist of 50% bonus and 50% cash to be made available to the new Mini Trading
Account as described in 9(a) below.

Any bonus awarded under this Contest can be used for trading without any need for further
deposit to the new Mini Trading Account as described in 9(a) below. Such bonus can never be
withdrawn but may only be used for trading.

7. A Winner from Top 5 of one round shall not be eligible to win in other rounds, with the
exception of Grand Finale.

8. The Winners for each round will be announced on the website ​https://www.exness.com/
within 10 working days after the completion of the contest round.

9. The Winners of all the Prizes will also be contacted by Exness by email or phone call within 5
(five) working days from the date of the announcement of the Winners. If a Winner does not
respond within subsequent 5 (five) working days from the date of being contacted by Exness,
they will be disqualified and won’t be eligible for the prize.
10. In order for the Champions / Winners to get their Prize they must:
a) Verify their Personal Area by submitting their proof of residence (POR) and proof of
identity (POI) and submit the account details to Exness within 5 working days of Contest
Round end date in which the winner participated
 b) Answer a questionnaire on their successful trading strategy, which the Champions /
Winners consent to be used by Exness for marketing purposes.
c) Share their full name, a passport size photo along with a link to their social media
profile (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn), which the Champions / Winners
consent to be used by Exness for marketing purposes.
d) The Prizes will be added into the Winners’ Account within 20 working days from the
announcement of the Winners.

11. ​Exness' Bonus ​Terms and Conditions apply for any Bonus granted as a Prize under the
Contest.

12. All the Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged
for anything else.

13. The following are reasons for disqualification from the Contest:
a) Violation of any laws and/or applicable regulations and/or the current Terms and
Conditions or any other ​terms and conditions​ of Exness.
b) Incomplete or incorrect or fraudulent details of a Participant during the registration
process to the Contest.
c) Single Participant using several IP addresses to participate in the Contest or several
Participants using the same IP address.
d) The Participant acts in bad faith and/or abusively and/or fraudulently and/or in a
manner not in line with the spirit of the Contest.
e) More than 2 Participants submitting the same residential address.
f) You are not living at the given address. In some special cases, winners have to prove
that they are living at the given address by official document by government within 3
working days. After 3 days, they can not prove, they will be disqualified.
g) The Participant is an Exness employee or its immediate relative.

14. Exness reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, suspend, cancel, terminate the
Contest and these Terms and Conditions at any time without bearing any responsibility or
liability in this regard.

15. Each Participant hereby expressly consents and grants permission to Exness to use the
Participant’s name and contact details for Exness' marketing objectives (for example, in a press
release about the results of the contest).

16. These Terms and Conditions are made in English and any other language translation is
provided as a convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the
English text and its translation in any other language, the English text shall prevail.
