★ Two Pictures of Style in Fashion ‣ How do these two pictures differ? ‣ How would you describe each woman’s style? List a couple of terms for each picture. ‣ What specifically is involved in creating each woman’s style? List a few terms for each picture. ‣ Write 2 TQ-PAThs that identify and analyze each woman’s style. • Transition: Name the woman and state her location in terms of setting. This will be fictional. • Quotation/Fact/Paraphrase: Identify aspects of her style: her clothing, her posture, her hair/eye color, eye contact, colors, etc. • Analysis: Identify the woman’s style in a term: “jock,” “yuppy,” etc. Discuss what aspects of her persona project that particular style. • Theme: How might you interpret the statement her social presence makes?
