1.

Open Xampp
2. Start Apache and MySQL. Quit all application like skype to avoid port conflict
in port 80
3. Open browser type , localhost/phpmyadmin
4. Create new database lacarmelle_dbv2.
5. Import lacarmelle_dbv2.sql
6. Click the created database, then create new user for it.
7. In project EnrollmentDB.CS chage the credentials.
8. Open CMD , type ipconfig /all and get your IP Address.
9. change localhost in EnrollmentDB.CS to the IP Address.
