Cancellation Procedures:
Cancellation must be in writing/email to IIA Bombay Chapter and the respective cancellation fee will be applicable. If a delegate is
unable to attend, for whatever reason, without giving notice or cancels after December 15, 2018, there will be no refund and in case
the fees have not been paid will remain payable in full. However, based on the discretion of the conference committee, a credit after
deduction of cancellation fees, as determined may be allowed. This credit can be used for any events of IIA India - Bombay Chapter
held before January 31, 2020.

1. Will I receive Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours for attending an IIA conference?
When you attend this conference you are eligible to earn continuing professional education (CPE) credits,
depending on the number of sessions you attend. The IIA’s educational programs are acceptable for fulfilling
CPE requirements, which ensure that internal auditors comply with the specific standards on education in The
IIA’s International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.

2. How do I receive my CPE certificate?

CPE certificates are emailed 2-4 weeks after the close of a conference.

3.What meals will be served at the conference?

Continental breakfast is provided each morning prior to the scheduled start time. There will be morning and
afternoon refreshment breaks for full-day sessions, and lunch will be provided for full-day sessions or where
expressly indicated. In case of Jain food, please specify your food request to help us in planning.

4. What should I wear?

For your comfort, business casual is appropriate. We suggest you dress in layers as the temperature in the
meeting rooms can vary considerably.

5.What happens if there is a schedule change?

At times it might be necessary to cancel or reschedule a conference after receipt of a confirmation letter. The
IIA will provide advance notice of any changes and in doing so will not be responsible for penalties related to
the canceling or rescheduling of airfares, lodging, etc.
