and forth between NYC and our hotel in New Jersey. Below is

BUS SEAT SIGN UPS:

Both buses will take 40 students and 5 chaperones each.
This trip will be about 4 hours and 30 minutes one way, in addition to daily 30 minute
trips into the city from our hotel in New Jersey.
You will have the same seat partner every time we get on the bus to call roll.

- Check in with chaperones, unload, change

2:15 PM Full band meeting

- Go over the afternoon plans

must stay in their groups with chaperones

- Bus picks us up and takes us
back to hotel at 7:45
