Antimicrobial: BIOSAN 1510 MPS and BIOSAN 2205 MPS are FDA accepted
Peracetic Acid: 15% micro-biocides developed for use in Federally inspected meat,
poultry and seafood processing locations. They are used to help

products.

Fruits and Vegetables:
Used for washing or chilling fruits and
vegetables in food processing facilities or to
assist with processing and peeling of fruits
and vegetables.
Usage rate: Up to 80 ppm PAA
Ready-to-Eat:
For use as an antimicrobial water or brine
treatment in the preparation and cooling
of processed, cooked and pre-formed
Read-To-Eat products.
Usage rate: Up to 230 ppm PAA FCN: 1639
Seafood:
For use as an antimicrobial agent in process
water or ice used to commercially prepare or
store fish and seafood intended for human
consumption.

Meat:
For use as an antimicrobial on meat
carcasses, parts, trim, and organs.
Usage rate: Up 400 ppm PAA

Brines, Sauces & Marinades:
Used as an antimicrobial agent in brines,
sauces, and marinades applied either on
the surface or injected into processed or
unprocessed, cooked or uncooked whole
or cut poultry, and surface sauces and
marinades applied on processed and
performed meat and poultry products.
