Subject: HEFA Event Proposal: ‘Truly Malaysian Culture’

Dear Sir,

Our company will be conducting a HEFA project that will be held on 21 - 22 November
2018. The theme of this event is ‘Truly Malaysian Culture’ that mainly to expose the targeted
20 guests of the upcoming international delegation to the uniqueness of Malaysian culture.
We will highlighted the variety of races and cultures in Malaysia during the first day of the
program by visiting some places that will emphasize every single races in our country.
Focusing on letting the delegation to experience the culture themselves, the second day of the
programme will be held at our office with the participation of all staffs, wearing their own
traditional outfit. A farewell party will be conducted by serving them with the buffet style of
our traditional cuisine also some traditional game to give the better experience of the
Malaysian Culture. The overall budget of this programme is estimated to be RM 23,000
which is RM10,000 is provided by the company and another RM13,000 comes from the
sponsorship. I hope that you will approve this event as it will brings many benefits for the
company and also the staffs itself. I am also looking for your positive feedback regarding this
