Artificial Neural Network based daily local forecasting for global solar radiation

A combine model of spatial modeling and artificial neural network is proposed in the paper. The neural
network is trained for the global horizontal irradiation forecast and the data from the four locations is
used to train the neural model. The results of the model have been validating for the two others
different locations for the forecast. Author used two combinations of ANN topology in the paper where
one ANN input data of solar radiation with ambient temperature with 64 inputs & 8 outputs having 8
sequential inputs & 1 outputs and the second combination is solar radiation only with 32 inputs, 8
outputs wherein 4 sequential inputs & 1outputs.
