COURSE OUTCOMES
CO3 Design a robotics and automation system as applicable in manufacturing activities.
CO4 Organize a multidisciplinary team for design of robotics and automation systems in industry.
OBJECTIVE
i. To assemble, test, trouble shoots (if necessary) and describes the operation of
hydraulic cylinder in tension, retraction and stopped positions.
ii. To familiarizes the student with the applications of a 4/3-way valve.
iii. To show how to use a piloted non-return valve.
PROCEDURE
i. Turn on the hydraulic system
ii. Study and understand the working principle of the electro-hydraulic system.
iii. Draw the hydraulic circuit of the system
iv. Propose one application of the hydraulic system
REPORT
Based on this laboratory, write a brief report which includes the following item
i. Introduction
ii. hydraulic circuit of the system
iii. potential application of the system
iv. conclusion
DISCUSSION
