Where is the location of WD1 & WD2 which are shown
in the BOQ item 8.1.1 windows .

Any new slab on grade required for the existing villa
because this item not shown in the boq.

Gypsum and Decoration works are mentioned in the


3 special specifications ( items 13 & 14 ), but not shown
neither in the BOQ nor in the table of materials.

The external layout levels around the existing villa


(elevation E-3), and (elevation E-1)not matching with
4 existing situation at site, if the existing ramp at elevation
3 demolished there will be different in interlock levels
between the two elevations for more than one meter.

Reference to above levels for the existing villa , please


confirm that the F.F.L for the new Building will be +0.45
5 from adjacent road (0) , that means the F.F.L for new
building will be 1.45m lower than F.F.L for the existing
Villa ( Guest Entrance)

Ground floor level in the arch proposed drawings +1.15


6 while the same in the As Built Drawings is +0.45 , please
clarify .

Comparing plan and elevations for health club building,
at corner of water tank room between Ax. 1 & 2 vertical
and E & D horizontal , please clarify if there is a window
there.

Dhs/m2, please clarify which one we have to follow.

Please provide pc rate for wrought Iron for stairs and

1-6 mentioned the price as per the boq but it's not there)

In Special spacifications item 1-1 -point No.11, it's


11 mentined that we have to remove all floors for Ground
floor, first floor, and roof, please confirm.
