COMPANY PROFILE

BiOZEEN enables pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies manufacture vaccines and biologicals
by providing customized bioprocess hardware and skilled manpower.

At BiOZEEN, we focus on educating fresh graduates and experienced industry personnel around the
processes, practices and equipments followed by the biotech industries. Our programs have been
designed and developed in partnership with biotechnology companies and prepare our participants for
the industry.

Our unique GMP modelled Bio-Pilot Laboratory simulates a biopharmaceutical manufacturing plant and
gives the participants an opportunity to learn the biological science and engineering principles and convert
the knowledge to practical hands on experience. This practical learning empowers the candidates and
gives them an edge over their peers in this knowledge intensive industry.
Over the past decade we have trained over 800 industry professionals and over 2000 students to better
server the manufacturing industry.

 ABOUT THE COURSE

During this 6-month practical oriented program you will understand the various concepts involved in the
Biotechnology industry and provide you with the essential hands on experience required to be job ready.
Training modules would be:

1. Overview of Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical Industry

2. Microbial Fermentation Technology
3. Mammalian Cell Culture Technology
4. Downstream Processing Technology
5. Cleaning, Sterilization and Filtration Technology
6. Bioprocess Technology
7. Regulatory Affairs

PLACEMENTS

At the end of the course we invite biopharma/ pharma companies across India to recruit our skilled

Previously, the Batch-11 of BCIL program had 35 students and 82% of the students have joined one of the
industries mentioned above during the placements while others have gained a better insight into the
working of Biopharma industry and are pursuing their higher studies.

Over the past 11 years we have taken the maximum no of students and provide the maximum placements

 PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

A majority of your work would be to work in the Bio-Pilot Laboratory and hence you would be required to
bring along with you the following:
1. White FULL SLEEVE Lab coat
2. 1 pair of Rubber Lab Slippers (to be worn exclusively inside the Laboratory only)

At the end of a scheduled lab module, you would be required to prepare a report on the activities
performed. Report writing week(s) have been included into the schedule. All candidates must submit soft
copies of the report at the end of a module to their HODs for proof reading.

Monthly assessments of the candidate’s performance by means of written exams, group assignments and
etc. will be conducted to regularly assess and provide a feedback to BCIL. This assessment of the
candidate’s performance would be shared with the companies who will be participating in the recruitment
activities.
