Calibration Download for Dealers
A Six Sigma project that allows users to download engine calibration files through QuickServe Online (QSOL)
has been completed. Delivery of engine calibrations are now available over the internet for Dealers, Joint
Ventures and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) as of July 2011.

One benefit of this project is rapid calibration deployment, which improves customer uptime. Delays in
calibration delivery can prove extremely expensive for customers based on steady operation repairs and
scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

To access this on QSOL, users need a valid Cummins INSITE Pro license and an active INCAL subscription.
If the user discontinues the INCAL subscription, access to downloading the calibration through QSOL will be
removed.

Just open QuickServe Online and click on the “Service” tab:

Then click on “Calibration Downloads” in the related information panel:

The resulting page will contain a link to a document which will walk you through the steps needed to
downloading INCAL files.
