☒ Yes
☐ No
Why or why not?
Students will be able self-assess their own knowledge.

Describe what will happen AFTER the SRT activity?

Students will complete the “L” part of the KWL chart to show what they learned.
They will also self-assess what they need to go back and review on Benjamin Franklin.

How will the data be used?

The data collected will be what students answers the questions correctly.
The teacher and the student will use it. The teacher will use it as an assessment and the student will use it in
order to self-assess what they need to review. Information collected from this activity will not be given a
grade, it will just be used for students to know what they need to review about Franklin.

Describe your personal learning goal for this activity.

Something I am trying that I have not tried before is having student self-assess their own knowledge.
I hope students can be very reflective and use this information to their own benefit.

Reflective Practice:
I think these activities will greatly impact student learning. They will know exactly what they need to review
before their summative assessment, allowing them to achieve their best grade. To further extend the lesson,
a summative assessment can be designed. The summative assessment could be designed by using technology
like Kahoot.
