The ​judges​​' ​decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by the ​judges or
the employees & directors​​ in relation to the judges’ ​decision.

Declaration by the Owner:

By my signature to this form, or where the form is submitted electronically, by

inserting my full name and surname, I the owner of the dog detailed above, affirm that
I have read and understood the full contents of this entry form including the contents
of this declaration.

I thereby further declare that I understand and accept that:

1. According to my knowledge my dog has neither suffered from nor been

exposed to any infectious or contagious disease(s) within 6 weeks prior to the 24​th
​ of
November.

2. My dog participates in the Datsun Dog Day entirely at my own risk. I will ensure
that my dog is at all times properly secured either within a suitable container or by a
lead or leash that must at all times be either hand-held or securely anchored.

3. I am fully responsible for my dog’s safety and behaviour at all times to the
extent that I accept personal liability in respect of any claim made in respect of any

damage or injury caused by my dog and/or my failure to adequately control my dog. I
acknowledge that my dog has the ability to cause harm to other dogs, persons or
property at the Datsun Dog Day.

4. I indemnify Westonaria Bande Sentrum t/a Randwest Datsun, their directors

and employees against any and all claims of whatsoever nature and howsoever
arising that may be levelled against them, jointly or severally, in respect of any harm
caused by my dog and/or any failure on my part to adequately control my dog.

5. I am fully responsible and liable for any harm caused to any person, animal or
property arising out of any action by any minor child for whom I am legally
responsible by allowing them to handle a dog for which I am responsible.
