Cash Collection Services. This Unit ((blueEx) serves both blueEx Clientele and Independent 3rd Party
clients as well.

Our Domestic Courier and Cash Handling Business is the Primary Source of Revenue for the Business, it
also provides us the strength of last mile delivery on which we have established other Business Units
such as Software and Digital Media Services.

Our Courier Operations fall into 3 categories:

a) Next Day Delivery of Small Packages with Cash Collection and Handling
b) Overland Delivery of Large Cargo Shipments
b) International Courier

For our first service, we are in a unique position in the marketplace with approximately 80% of the
market share in the Online Retail Cash Collection on Delivery Market. We have utilized our first-mover

Proposal for COD Services

WITHIN CITY:

• 0.5 kg = Rs.150

• 1 kg = Rs.180
• Each additional kg = Rs.100

ZONE A :

• 0.5 kg = Rs.180
st
• 1 kg = Rs.220
• Each additional kg = Rs.160

ZONE B :

• 0.5 kg = Rs.220
st
• 1 kg = Rs.245
• Each additional kg = Rs.2000

FLYER & BOX CHARGES :


• Rs.25 per flyer or box.

CASH HANLDING
NLDING CHARGES (PER SHIPMENT):
• PKR 1 to PKR 1500 = 20Rs
• PKR 1,501 to PKR 3000 = 50Rs
• PKR 3,001 to PKR 5000 = 100Rs
• PKR 5,001 to PKR 10,000 =150Rs.
• PKR 10,001 to PKR 20,000 =250Rs.
• PKR 20,001 to PKR 50,000 =350Rs.
• ABOVE PKR 50,000 1% of cod amount.
Zone A cities – Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Jhelum,
Karachi, Lahore, Larkana, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Rahimyar Khan, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha,
Sialkot, Sukkar, Wah.
Zone B cities – Other cities in Pakistan, not falling under Zone A

COD Procedure and Terms:


1. A separate account must be opened for COD shipments.
2. Shipments will be picked up if booked from blueEx Customer Portal or API Service only.
3. Minimum chargeable weight is 0.5 kg kg.
4. 13% % GST applicable on above mentioned rates.
5. In case if a customer refuses to accept the shipment due to any reason, that shipment will be
returned to the merchant against a new consignment note and return charges of Rs. 100/kg will
be charged.
6. If shipment volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, shipment weight will be calculated as
follows:

7. No shipment processed under COD Procedure is insured by blueEx unless the merchant has
specifically opted for Insurance,
INSURANCE: Please refer to blueEx Portal and our Insurance scheme for Domestic Shipments

8. SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE:
a. Cash Collected on behalf of merchant for the period of 1st to 15th of a month will be paid
between 25th to 30th of same month.
b. Cash Collected on behalf of merchant for the period of 16th to 30th of a month will be
paid between 10th tto 15th of next month.

9. PACKAGING:
a. You are responsible for packing of your goods. Please make sure your product is
properly packed. Ensuring the safety during their transit as per nature of the goods. Any
damage to the product due to poor packaging will nonott be our responsibility.

10. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ACCOUNT OPENING:


a. BANK ACCOUNT TITLE (TO ISSUE YOUR CHEQUES).
b. CLIENT’S NAME / CORPORATE NAME.
c. OFFICE ADDRESS / PICK UP ADDRESS.
d. CNIC COPY.
e. CONTACT PERSON.
f. DESIGNATION.
g. CONTACT NUMBERS AND EMAIL ID.
Customer Voluntary Insurance Scheme for Domestic Shipments:
Shipments
INSURANCE PREMIUM RATES CHARGEABLE TO CUSTOMERS

ON INSURED VALUE PREMIUM RATE

1- RS 1 TO RS 2000 30 RS Fixed charges


2- RS 2001 TO RS 10000 1.00% of Insured value
3- Over RS 10000 1.50% of Insured Value

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Settlement of claim will be according to the following terms and conditions:


- Claim will be acceptable to the maximum limit of insured value not exceeding the insured value declared by the shipper on
the consignment (CN). The Insured declared value will be the basis of claim settlement.
- Claim will only be admissible for shipments LOST IN TRANSIT WITHIN PAKISTAN DUE TO ACCIDENT,ACCIDENT THEFT, SNATCHING
and ROBERRY. Claims will not be admissible in case seal is broken / torn of the packages / flyers
- The shipper must accept insurance as per acceptance terms and conditions of BlueBlue-ex
ex before the shipment is handed over
to Blue-Ex
Ex Company. No eligibility will be entertained after the shipment is boo
booked.
- Blue-Ex
Ex Company’s responsibility for lost claim will be up to the consignees’ destination as declared on the consignment
Note.
- Once shipment is delivered to the consignee no claim shall be admissible afterwards.

EXCLUSIONS:

- The Blue-Ex company will nott be responsible for any shortages claimed by the consignee. This is the responsibility of the
shipper to ensure exact number of items inside the parcel as the quantity inside the parcel is not known to Blue-Ex.
Blue
- Claim will only be admissible when the ininsurance premium as applicable is fully paid
- Claim will not be admissible for damages to the shipment. Any kind of damages during transit will be the responsibility of
the shipper. Shipper will be responsible for proper packing of their fragile and sensit
sensitive products.
- Claim will not be admissible for damages to any goods including electronic equipment, LCD, LED etc. Shipper will be
responsible for proper packing of these kinds of products.
- Claim will not be admissible if shipment is lost due to:
• War, Strike Riots,
• Terrorism
• Explosions
• Earthquake Fire and shock
- The legitimate claim will be settled within two weeks’ time from the date of occurrence of the incident
