AFFIDAVIT
I MANUEL MANGILA, of legal age, Filipino with residence address at
Block 1-A, Lot 33, Palmera Nove East, Camarin, Caloocan City, after being
sworn in accordance with the law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am one (1) of the five (5) children of Efipania Ignacio and Timoteo
Mangila.

2. My father and mother have died intestate leaving me and my other four (4)
siblings as their compulsory heirs.

3. One of by siblings, particularly my brother Miguel Antonio Mangila, have

already died intestate leaving Ma. Teresa Mangila, my niece, as his sole
compulsory heir.

4. Included in my parent’s estate is a parcel of land covered by Transfer

Certificate of Title No. 481034 which my mother co-owns with Dominga
Antonio, Natividad Antonio, Hermenegildo Antonio, Francisco Antonio and
Tomasito Antonio.

5. My mother and father have previously granted permission to Edith Cruz to

occupy a part of their undivided share over the property.

6. Collectively, my mother and father own 214.20 square meters of the

parcel said parcel of land.

7. Upon the passing of my mother and father, I together with my siblings

have agreed to the continued occupancy of Edith Cruz and her family.

8. To date, my siblings, my niece and I have not revoked such tolerance and
is continuing to permit Edith Cruz, who have been living there for more
than forty (40) years, to occupy a part of the said parcel of land.

9. I attest to the truth of the foregoing statements to the best of my own and
personal knowledge.

10. I am executing this Affidavit for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
