Verse 1
a. Out of the depths I cry to you, O LORD;
b. LORD, hear my voice!
c. Let your ears be attentive
d. to my voice in supplication.

Verse 2
a. If you, O LORD, mark iniquities,
b. LORD, who can stand?
c. But with you is forgiveness,
d. that you may be revered.

Verse 3
a. I trust in the LORD;
b. my soul trusts in his word.
c. More than sentinels wait for the dawn,
d. let Israel wait for the LORD.

Verse 4
a. For with the LORD is kindness
b. and with him is plenteous redemption;
c. And he will redeem Israel
d. from all their iniquities.
