Introduction

There are a range of subjects and courses available which can help you reach new
careers, so it's important to research what's right for you. Many courses are vocational and
work-related, and lead straight into a career such as nursing or accountancy. You’ll need to
look beyond the course title because courses with exactly the same name may differ
enormously. You should look carefully at the differences between courses within your
subject before deciding which to apply for.

For example, if you’re interested in construction but wish to use your creative skills,
you may be better suited to a building design management course than a building project
management course.

what is the most important course in the university? Some would say that it is a course
in economics or business, since that is what most jobs, at bottom, seem to be about. Others
might want to argue that it is a course in mathematics or computer science, since so many of
the jobs in our world are becoming scientific and technological. Still others might claim that
it is a course in English composition, critical thinking, or speech, since clear and effective
communication is so essential in any job.

Everyone have their own strange .Some of us good in mathematic and science, some
of use is good in hand-on and literature .Everyone need to know their own strange before
decide what course suitable to them.

Find out where other students at that university have worked after graduation, and if
there’s an active alumni network, or the opportunity to meet industry leaders during your
course.

I have my own opinion in the best course should student take at university base on my
experience.I will choose one core subject such as Engineering study as my main subject and
the other one is Menagement. Here the reason why I suggect this two core subject as the most
important subject that should student take.
1.Engineering

Choosing engineering as a career will enhance your ability to think challengingly. One
would never get a boring life in this career. In the course of study and work, an engineer will
face challenging situations where creativity and logical ability is highly required. They can
introduce new concepts and ideas. Engineering study and work demands innovation and
creativity to create new technology. Such creativity allots you to encounter new ideas and
techniques. It is a very innovative career .

Technology has made the world a better place to live. One can choose his own subject of
interest that contributes to the part of society. For an instance a person interested to develop
villages road and connectivity to the town may opt civil engineering as a career to serve the
society. He can make money out of it and serve the society. He or she can be a potential
benefit to the society .A major perk of engineering is you get a chance to explore the world.
Given the wide range of opportunities worldwide, an engineer gets a good opportunity to
shift around and explore the world. You can get to work on sites, dig mines, petroleum wells
across the nations, and develop infrastructures of cities .

The study of engineering encompasses advanced study programs in its curriculum.

Working with top most companies provides you the scope to work with thorough and top
level professionals that imparts professionalism into individualism. Working with such
connoisseurs enables you to learn a lot and develop your skills .With the tough competition
and growth in the technological market, engineers easily get high paying salaries. This
enables you to lead a good lifestyle and provides you basic facilities in medical and insurance
sector .People have slowly started to recognize the difficulty that engineers undergo to
develop technology. This has increased people’s respect towards engineers.

Entry level salaries might be low but eventually with good work and dedication to the
field, salary hikes are inevitable every year. Taking engineering as a career provides a wide
range of branches to choose from. One can choose to study any course and develop a career
from it .Even a bachelor’s degree in engineering provides you ample scope and flexibility in
the job market. It might be a harsh truth but an engineering graduate can settle with any job in
the corporate sector.
Studying engineering helps you work with good companies. The knowledge gathered
during the study and work can help you to learn business skills and open your own business
start-up that reach heights of success. This the reason why i totally recommended student to
take management field beside they choose the main course in their future.

If you do some research into salaries paid out to an individual with an MBA ( Master in
Business Administration),versus salaries of those with other degrees you will see that there is
a significant difference. In comparison to other employees within any establishment, an MBA
graduate is usually better and more heavily compensated. Whether an MBA graduate is
employed within the private or public sector, their salaries range from RM8000 to RM15000
on average. This doubles the amount paid to those with an ‘ordinary’ university degree.

2. Management

With a Master in Business Administration, many graduates become young

entrepreneurs. By enrolling in an MBA program, you can acquire the requisite knowledge
and practices needed to potentially develop and operate your own businesses. With an MBA
degree program, you’ll be taught business management, planning and even financial
handling. These skills will put you in the perfect position to manage your own business
effectively, while contributing to the economic development of your country.

An MBA program provides a more diverse and wider field for graduates to expand in.
There are several core areas covered within an MBA program, including Human Resource,
Statistics, Technology and Information Systems, Economics, and Finance. All these areas
qualify an MBA graduate to pursue a career in multiple areas and business sectors as well as
the public sector. With the different core areas penetrated, MBA graduates are provided with
more and better opportunities to expend themselves and develop their minds.

Business school provides a great base for MBA graduates to meet people. The sort of
people you can meet while studying your MBA program include recruiters, key note
speakers, old-school businessmen, new entrepreneurs, the list is almost endless. And then you
have your fellow students that are also ambitious in the business world. An MBA program
paves the way for you to interact with future business managers and executives. When the
course is finished, these people could be ideal business partners or even provide exceptional
recommendations on your behalf. Customarily, those enrolled in an MBA program are often
sent out as interns.

This provides MBA students with yet another way to meet potential employers. The
consolidated network of people you will meet while studying your MBA program is sure to
prove beneficial in the future.

For those who are currently employed and would like to keep their jobs while gaining
their masters program, an MBA program can offer this kind of flexibility. Most MBAs are
offered as a part-time course as well as full time and this option means that the students can
work at a pace that is ideal for them, without feeling hassled or stressed. There is usually the
option to attend classes in the evenings and even occasionally on weekends to fit your studies
in with the rest of your life.

Individuals desiring of moving away from being secularly employed within an

organization and working for others, to work for themselves will find that an MBA offers
them credibility. Those conducting business with an MBA graduate will be more relaxed and
inclined to do so, in comparison to someone without an MBA. An MBA ultimately shows
that you are an expert at what you do. It shows potential partners that you are highly
competent and dedicated to your industry. In addition, it shows mastery over a particular area
or sector such as finance, management, business consultation etc.

After completing an MBA degree, a graduate is certified in all known core areas or at
least some major managerial roles within an establishment. This degree is one that is highly
recognizable throughout the world. It can be used to pursue other career fields since it is
highly compatible with other degree programs. Many MBA graduates have found that this
degree program has thoroughly enlightened them on certain aspects of life, especially
concerning operations within the business world. While those without an MBA ponder
endlessly and wonder how and why a particular business decision is made, an MBA graduate
is able to relate, because they would have been taught beforehand. With an MBA, graduates
acquire an in-depth view of the business world. As part of an MBA program, enrollers are
taught how to speak clearly and distinctively. They are taught the art of language, how to add
meaning to their words, how to develop effective and exceptional presentations, and overall,
how to interact with others in and out of the classroom setting.
These communication skills are invaluable in the business world. An MBA graduate
almost becomes a new person after their degree program is complete. With a new outlook on
life and the business world the different areas taught in an MBA program, will develop the
student’s survival skills and professionalism, enabling them to develop into exceptional
communicators and advisers. Without a doubt studying a Masters in Business Administration
will alter your whole perception of life and adjust your mind for the better .You too will be
richly rewarded and transformed.

Conclusion

It is vital that you take a marketable course. There is nothing as frustrating as having to
study for many years only to be an unemployed graduate statistic. Choose a course based on
what interests you; it will help you do well in your course and enjoy your career in the future.

Many people go back to school, or change courses after semesters of study, simply
because, the course is boring to them. Choosing a college major also entails an assessment of
your skills and talents. You may know what you want, but do you know what you’re good
at? Ideally, you should pursue a college course or choose a college major that allows you to
explore both your interests and skills .

Choosing a university course requires you to look inwards and assess your commitment
to your chosen path. Assuming that you have the issue of money and other practical
considerations settled, do you actually possess the skills and the patience to go the
distance? Moreover, do you actually want to do?. Courses are not the same, henceforth
duration also differs in some instances. If you are willing to invest time in that course, then
you can go for it. It is important to ask an experienced person questions about university
study. Some people prefer to go for career counselling, to be able to weigh their options well.

Courses like engineering that requires a potential student to be good in certain subjects
like mathematics and sciences. So before you get excited about the course, asses yourself to
see if you can be able to perform well .

If you are use your own financial, consider a course that will not have a financial burden
on you. You do not want to be in a position where you cannot continue because of financial
constraints.
Do not choose a course that will force you to sell your soul. If you have a strong will
against politics, or religion, steer away from courses that will make you go beyond what you
stand for.
