Towson University's largest day of community service where students, staff,
faculty, and alumni give back to the Towson community.
Helped garden and plant vegetables for a community garden at a church in Middle
River, MD.
● The Teddy Bear Run at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU ​(November
2017)
The Teddy Bear Run delivers 2,000 stuffed bears to the patients at the Children’s
Hospital by motorcyclists. I was able to meet the patients and interact with them
on this day while more than 900 motorcycles rode around the hospital delivering
bears.
● The Family Tree Run for Prevent Child Abuse America ​(September 2017)
I participated in the Family Tree Run to raise money for Prevent Child Abuse
America.
● Camp Koski ​(July 2013 & 2014)
Camp Koski is a camp for children with autism and related disorders. I was a
camp counselor for two summers and worked closely with the children. This
taught me strategies on how to work with children with autism that have proven to
be beneficial in the classroom.
