COOPERATION IN ACADEMIC AND STUDENTS EXCHANGE

Indonesian, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY

In this case acting for and on behalf of Singhanakon Wittaya Nusorn School hereinafter
referred to as the SECOND PARTY

Without prejudice to the applicable legal provisions, both parties agree to make an agreement
with the provisions stipulated in the following articles:

Article 1
General requirements

1. Both parties perform functions for:

a. Become a host in student exchange programs
b. Provide a place to live and bear the cost of eating as a host
c. Give each other access to study while in Madrasah

Article 2
Aim
The purpose of this cooperation is as a basis for the parties in conducting cooperation
activities as referred in the implementation of cooperation agreement.
 Article 3
Scope of cooperation

1. Student exchanges held every year

2. Collaborate in major academic and research activities by identifying existing needs and
opportunities.
3. Exchange academic material in accordance with the joint project and to strengthen the
existing curriculum

Article 4
Rights and obligations

1. Both parties have rights:

a. Send delegates as student exchange representatives
b. Provide rules to the guests during student exchanges.
2. Both parties have obligations:
a. Comply with the rules set by the host
3. Both parties as the host have the obligation to prepare the place and the cost of
feeding for the guest.

Article 5
Financing

1. Accommodation costs are borne by each party

2. The cost of living other than feeding while at the place of exchange is borne by each
party

Article 6
Cover

1. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to settle it in consultation.

2. Matters which is not yet regulated in this agreement will be regulated later on the
agreement of both parties and inseparable part of this cooperation agreement.
3. If there is a change, the changes will be made in the future in accordance with the
agreement of both parties.
