1. Batching System Series

After the materials are mixed, they are automatically sent out by the belt conveyor. It is

widely used for the mixing, batching and feeding of 3-8 kinds of materials with the

advantages of easy operation, high material precision, adjustable material ratio, high

efficiency, energy saving, easy installation and mobility.

2. Chain Crusher

The compost lump materials after compost should be transported into the chain crusher

for grinding before the granulating process. This type crusher using the latest technology

and high-quality steel, system optimization design, so it is of large yield and high reliability.

3. Vertical Mixer

The machine is mainly used for the mixing of raw materials, vertical mixer to mix fully the

crushed materials for better granulation. It is not easy to stick to the material and wear

5. Rotary Dryer

After the fermentation process, the moisture content of organic materials is about 30% ~

40%, and the moisture content of the particles after granulation is generally between 15% ~

20%, because the fertilizer quality index of moisture content requires less than 14% and it

needs low temperature drying, which needs drying treatment with rotary dryer, Therefore,

the drying process is an indispensable and important process in the process of fertilizer

production, which directly affects the output, quality and energy consumption.

6. Gas/Oil Hot Air Stove

Gas/Oil Hot Air Stove, in the drying process and the wet granulation process, the hot air

stove is the necessary related equipment, which provides the necessary heat source for the

drier system.

7. Cyclone Dust Collector

As a type of dust removal device. It is used for pre dust removel and sepatation and

recovery of high concentration dust. The reduction of short-circuit flow can increase the

efficiency of dust removal.

6. Rotary Cooler

Drying materials are transported by belt conveyor and feeding into the rotary cooler, the

cooling process mainly involves the use of wind fans to feed natural air into the cooler

through pipelines to cool the materials.

7. Rotary Screener
Granules were screened after cooling, and the large particles of materials are crushed were

transported into granulator with the sifted powder by the return belt for re-granulation,

and the finished products enter the coating machine and automatic packaging system for

packaging.

8. Coating Machine

The coating agent is adhered to the surface of the granule with a powder coating machine

or a liquid melting pot. Its coated granules are uniform, round, beautiful appearance and

good effect. It is commonly used equipment on organic fertilizer production line, N P K

compound fertilizer production line, and BB fertilizer production line. Powder dusting or

liquid coating process can effectively prevent the agglomeration of compound fertilizers.

According to the technical requirements, the equipment has been specially designed on

the internal structure. The polypropylene inner liner or acid resistant stainless steel is used

in the main machine. It is special compound fertilizer equipment.

9. Automatic Packing Machine

Granules packing machine is used for the quantitative packing of fertilizer granules. It

consists of automatic weighing and packing machine, conveyor, sealing machine and

feeder, high weighing accuracy, convenient operation. Packed fertilizer will be stored for

sale.
