privacy, light, gardens, trees, neighborhood. The Winterhaven neighborhood was a more advantaged area with
plants vs. concrete, group homes that appeared to be well maintained. On the other hand, the La Madera
homes/student housing) neighborhood appeared to be more run down. The houses in the neighborhoods
were built close together, with individual driveways and mailboxes. Most of the
residences were one story, single-family homes. Very few homes had garages,
while most had carports. ~5 apartment complexes were located inside of our CT,
while most student housing and apartments were located just outside of our CT.
The neighborhood streets located in our CT appeared to be well maintained,
private, and quiet with minimal noise. There were very few people walking
around in our CT, except for a couple of people at La Madera Park. However, the
main streets (Tucson Blvd, Fort Lowell Rd, Prince Rd, Country Club Rd) were
busy and noisy from car traffic and pedestrians. The landscaping among the
residences in our CT was diverse, as some residences had yards that were well
kept with either plants or dry landscaping. Others had yards with minimal or
unkept landscaping and garbage in the yard. There were trees located
sporadically throughout our CT, with most of them being around La Madera park.

Additionally, there was ongoing construction throughout the residential area
consisting of home renovations, road work, and pipeline replacements. The
remaining ~20% of our CT was comprised of businesses located on Tucson Blvd,
