I am writing this request letter in behalf of Mr. Martin Anthony M. Pozas, 4th year Criminology student of
San Sebastian College Recolletos de Cavite, as his On the Job Training is approaching.

Mr. Pozas is the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson at Barangay Bagumbayan, City of General Trias,
Cavite. He desires to reduce the hours that he would have to accomplish so that he may be able to focus
more on his duties as the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson in his respective barangay. Furthermore,
he is also the Sangguiang Kabataan City Federation Treasurer which makes the weight on his shoulder a
bit heavier.

In line with this, we request that your good office to consider such request of reducing the duration of
his On the Job Training.
