Solution Procedure
Issue: TP will not connect after Windows 10 update.
Cause: Microsoft advises that during the current Windows 10 update, if your PC gets stuck or
if power is interrupted, you may be asked to continue or start over. If chose continue, your
Network Adapter can be corrupted.
Solution: Update TP Driver.

Procedure to regain TP for Core+ models

Select “Browse my computer for driver software”.

7. Then a new
window opens
entitled “Browse
for drivers on
your computer”
then choose “Let
me pick from a
list of available
drivers on my
computer” then
select “Next”.

8. Select “Goodix Touch HID” then click “Next”. A progress bar will appear
while the driver is re-installed.

9. When complete, a
message appears
“Windows has
successfully installed
your drivers”. Now
select “Close” to
close the window.

10. Restart your PC.
