This course is designed to provide a broad overview and solid foundation of the management and organization concepts; and, this will
lead students to apply these concepts to contemporary organizations. In this course it is attempted that students develop better
Course appreciation of the complexities of the settings (i.e., organizations) in which managerial work is conducted; and, the student
understand how extant theorizing on organizations can be used in dealing with managerial problems. The course aims to sensitize the
