Basic Procedure

 Open online registration form at bsssbhopal.edu.in

 Undertaking for anti-ragging has to be filled online
at: www.amanmovement.org
OR
www.antiragging.in
 6 digit number will appear which when filled will open the
admission form
 Fill the admission form
 Print admission form and submit at college office by remitting
Rs.500/- to get college prospectus
 Check interview date on website by using registration number.
Student will be intimated by SMS too regarding the date
 Student to appear before the admission panel in formal dress
on the date and time given with all the original documents and
admission slip.
 Students must check admission confirmation on the web site.
Intimation by SMS regarding selection will also be given
 Admission will be treated as provisional till the time student
pays the required fees online or at the cash counter at Federal
Bank, Bhopal
 In case of non-payment of fees in the stipulated time,
admission will be treated as cancelled.

Fee Payment(Online)
 Logon to college website and click on link MIS.login select
option Student. Enter Registration number as login ID and enter
the password which was received on the registered mobile.
 Select link on line payment and follow the instructions to pay
fees online. Student can pay the fees using following options:
 Net Banking
 Debit Card (VISA and MASTER)
 Credit Card (VISA and MASTER)
 Federal Bank has facilitated a special counter to collect the fees
by cash at their following branches:

 Once Fee payment is successful , student admission will be
confirmed and will be notified by SMS. If the payment is
declined, student may please try again.
 Migration and TC copies required at the time of interview.

Instructions for Students Filling up Online Forms

 Admission for academic year 2018-2019 will be online only. No
printed application will be sold from the college.
 Applicants must read the online prospectus carefully before
filling the admission form.
 Applicants must fill their Adhaar Card number.
 Scanned copy of following documents in JPG or JPEG format
(size between 20 kb to 100 kb) to be kept ready before filling
Registration form.
  Applicant’s photo.
 Applicant’s Mother’s Photo.
 Applicant’s Father’s Photo.
 Applicant’s signature.
 Applicant’s Local Guardian’s photo (Only if the
applicant is an outstation student).
 HSC Mark sheet
 HSSC Mark sheet
 Graduation Mark sheet (For PG students only)
 Transfer Certificate
 Migration Certificate
 Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
 ‘*’ Indicates a compulsory field which must be filled before
submitting the Registration Form.
 ‘**’ Indicate a compulsory field which must be filled before
taking a print out.
 The candidate can apply in Honours course only if he/she has
secured 60% or above in 12th class examination.
 Students must provide correct mobile number as all college
updates will be provide through SMS on this mobile number.
 Once form is submitted student will get a “Registration
Number”, through which he/she can check admission status
like interview schedules and final selections on BSSS website.
 Registration Form will be editable after submission. It will be
locked once the print-out is taken.
 After submitting the admission form online, the applicant must
take a print-out of the form with the acknowledgement and has
to come to the college office, submit online admission form
with a fee of Rs. 500 and get a printed receipt along with the
college prospectus.
