EXHIBITION (EDICPADISAPE) 2012
SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The exhibition organizing committee reserves the right to amend the partnership packages to
benefit the sponsor and the exhibition.

2. Partners and Exhibitors will be selected based on their ability to meet conference requirements.
The organizing committee reserves the right to review all display materials provided by a Partner
or Exhibitor and/ or with discretion, refuse any application.

3. All Partners, sponsors and exhibitors must comply with the principles that their sponsorship must:
a. Withstand professional and public scrutiny,
b. Conform to professional and community standards of ethics and good taste,
c. Not bring EDICPADI UTM Space into disrepute.

4. Partnership will only be confirmed on receipt of a signed application form and deposit:
a. An invoice will be issued for all sponsorship with acknowledgement being given on the receipt
of the signed application form and a deposit (50% of total sponsorship cost). Deposit is due 15 June
2012. Final payment is due 1st July 2012.
b. All applications received after 1st July 2012 must be accompanied by full payment.

5. In the event of a cancellation by a Partner:

a. The deposit is non-refundable. A refund will be provided for any additional monies paid for
cancellations received within 15 days of application.
b. No refunds of sponsorship monies will be given for cancellations received after 1st July 2012.

6. Exhibition booth bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the booking form and full payment of
the total exhibition fee. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable IF your application is
accepted.

7. Exhibition space will be allocated in the order of applications and sponsorship categories after
payments are received. Should you require an additional item, please speak with the EDICPADISAPE
